Better Than Ever! A Phenomenal Birthday Tradition Every year, my husband and I travel to Normal, IL, for his birthday weekend to attend the Prairie Dirt Classic in Fairbury. During our very first trip, we discovered Eggs Republic near our hotel, and it has since become our absolute go-to breakfast spot. I wrote a review last year, and as a business owner myself, I am always honest about my experiences good, bad, or indifferent. This year’s visit on Sunday, July 26th, was somehow even better than the last! Sundays are notoriously packed for breakfast, so we arrived around 9:45 AM expecting a wait. I walked in to put our name on the list and was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. The hostess immediately said, "Give me a sec to clean off this corner table and I will get you seated." By the time my husband finished parking and walked through the door, we were seated immediately. Our server, Keiandra “Kiki,” was the absolute highlight of our morning. Within minutes, she brought us waters and took our drink orders. Kiki’s incredible smile, positive attitude, and radiant energy completely set the tone for our day. The food was absolutely delicious and the prices are very reasonable! The waiter was incredibly cheerful, polite, and welcoming. I loved that he said 'ladies first'. I really wish I knew his name—he was a young man with beautiful black curly hair, and I want to thank him so much for his amazing service! Both the pancakes and the omelet were fantastic. Highly recommended

I followed the server's recommendation and tried the Crab Cake Beni (bottom of picture) ... And if I had taken a picture afterwards, the plate would not have been able to reveal what I enjoyed. That was one of the most delicious meals I have enjoyed here. My wife got the Traditional Beni, and it was completely amazing as well. The only thing remaining on her plate was a tiny amount of ketchup for the hash browns. 😁 The service was impeccable, and the speed at which we received our breakfast was outstanding! If you enjoy Eggs Benedict, definitely give the Crab Cake Beni a try!!

Me and my fiancé came here for brunch. And let me tell you it is amazing. From the atmosphere to the food and the staff. I got the shrimp tacos that were absolutely to die for. She got the crispy cheesy egg burrito. And that was also so good. They definitely give you a good sized portion. 5 out of 5.

Oh my goodness! I loved this place sooo much! I wished I lived locally because everything was soo wonderful! The food was scrumptious, and I loved all the healthy options! Also loved that there was options like a vege sausage patty and GF bread and so many other tasty things. One of my kiddos got the Denver omelet and loved it, one got the Creme Brulee French Toast which was delicious, and I can't stop thinking about the Avocado Toast with fresh greens and poached eggs and the berries that I thoroughly enjoyed! Our server Vince was so kind and took very good care of us. If you are in town visiting a college or are lucky enough to live locally be sure you check out this wonderful place! Even the bathrooms were very clean and nicely decorated. 10/10 recommend! 💛💛💛 Update! 8/15/26: We are in town again to move our son into Illinois Weslyan Univeristy! You know we had to bring my hubby and other kiddos back here to check out Egg Republic! 🥰🥰 They all loved it too! My husband got The Clover, a skillet with corned beef and eggs, one of my daughter's had the biscuits and gravy, another got the Denver Omelet and it did not disappoint; my 14yr old son got the Birthday cake waffles complet
